Step 1: Access the Calendar

  • From the left-side menu, click on “Calendar.”

  • You can view sessions by:

    • Month

    • Week

    • Day

    • List View

Step 2: Use Filters (Optional)

  • Click “Filters” to narrow sessions by:

    • Student

    • Category (e.g., Group, One-on-One)

  • Click “Apply” to update the calendar.

Step 3: View Session Details

  • Click on any session shown on the calendar.

  • A popup will show:

    • Date and Time

    • Duration

    • Attendees

    • Option to “Take Attendance”

Step 4: Take Attendance

  • Click “Take Attendance.”

  • Mark the appropriate status:

    • Student Present (Billable)

    • Student Absent (Billable/Not Billable)

    • Student Late (Billable)

    • Tutor Late / Cancelled

  • Optionally add remarks or notes.

  • Click “Save.”

Step 5: Add a New Session

  • Click the “Add” button.

  • Fill in the session form:

    • Employees (Tutors)

    • Attendees (Students)

    • Date & Time

    • Category (Lesson, Meeting, etc.)

    • Duration

    • Any optional notes

  • Click “Save.”

Step 6: Edit or Delete Session

  • Click the Event you want to delete.
  • You will see trash icon at the bottom of the popup, for delete. This way you can delete sessions.
