How to Check Student Details in CRM

This guide helps tutors easily view and manage student information, including contact details, assigned tutors, attendance, and package history.

Step 1: Access the Students Tab

• From your left-hand sidebar, click "Students".

• You’ll see a list of students assigned to you.

Each row displays:

• Student Name & Status

• Family contact

• Assigned Tutors

• A pencil icon under Actions to edit/view more.

Step 2: Open a Student’s Profile

Click on a student (e.g., Mattew Lore or Nancy Doe) to open their full profile.

You’ll be taken to a detailed student dashboard with several tabs at the top:

Tabs include:

• Profile

• Family Info

• My Tutors

• Portal

• Email

• Attendance & Notes

Step 3: Explore Each Tab

Family Info

See parent/guardian contact details:

• Name, phone, email, address

• SMS/email reminder status

My Tutors

• See the tutors currently assigned or unassigned to the student.

• This section lists tutor names and email addresses for quick reference.

Portal

Check if student and parent access is enabled to track:

• Study material

• Lesson history

• Progress reports

Attendance

Get an overview of attendance types:

• Student Present / Absent

• Teacher Late / Cancelled

• Not Marked (pending updates)

Also includes lesson logs by date, duration, and notes if added.

Packages History

Check the student’s active or expired packages, including:

• Package Name and Type
• Price and Usage
• Expiry Date and Renewal Status

If no active packages are found, the system will show “No results found.”

Step 4: View Contact Info Sidebar

On the right side of the student profile page, you’ll see:

• Phone number (with SMS status)

• Address

• Email

• A quick status for email/SMS reminders
