How to Check Package Usage Details

This tutorial explains how to view and track package usage for families or students. You can check session counts, expiry dates, attendance, and related invoices in one place.

Step 1: Open Family Profile

From the left sidebar, click Families and select the family whose package usage you want to review.

Step 2: Go to Packages Tab

Inside the family profile, click on the Packages tab.

Step 3: Review Usage Information

The packages grid displays:

  • Package Name
  • Purchase Date
  • Price
  • Session Usage (e.g., 12/12 used)
  • Usage %
  • Expiry Date
  • Status (Active, Pending, Expired)
  • Auto Renewal
  • Invoice Link

Step 4: View Detailed Package Usage

Click the Package Name to open detailed usage information.
The Package Usage Details window shows:

  • Date Range (e.g., 01/10/2025 – 31/10/2025)
  • Date & Time of each session
  • Type (Lesson, Group Class, etc.)
  • Category (e.g., Language Course)
  • Duration (in minutes)
  • Attendance Status (Present/Not Marked)
  • Remarks (if any)

Step 5: View Invoice Details

Click View under the Actions column to open the related invoice for the selected package.

The invoice page shows key details such as:

  • Invoice Number & Date
  • Student Name
  • Package Name
  • Status (Paid/Unpaid)
  • Amount & Due Date

You can also click Download to save a copy or Student View to see how the invoice appears to the student.
